LegalBench aims to make the public website and common account tasks understandable and usable. The marketplace interface uses clear page headings, labelled form fields, visible keyboard focus, readable contrast and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. These features support access; they are not a claim of independent accessibility certification.
Using the site
- Use the “Skip to content” link when navigating by keyboard.
- Navigate links and form controls with the keyboard and use the visible focus outline.
- Use your browser’s zoom and text-size settings.
- Read form feedback before resubmitting; fields should explain the information needed.
- Expandable questions and menus can be opened using their labelled controls.
Tell us about a barrier
Email [email protected] or use the contact form. Include the page URL, the task you were trying to complete and, if useful, your browser or assistive technology. Do not include sensitive legal records. We can discuss an alternative way to handle a support enquiry where appropriate.
Ongoing work
The platform includes account, editor and third-party components that may behave differently from the public pages. We welcome specific reports so barriers can be reproduced and addressed. Legal services and any reasonable communication arrangements should also be discussed directly with your chosen professional.
