Important Legal Information

Understand the limits of platform information, professional profiles, automated tools and cross-border availability.

Information and professional advice are different

General website information helps explain the platform and common types of legal work. It is not advice on your particular facts and should not be treated as a substitute for an appropriately qualified professional’s assessment. Laws, procedures and permitted practice differ by jurisdiction and may change.

Identify the actual provider

SG & AK Advocates is the Pakistan law firm associated with LegalBench. Other professional services are provided by the independently identified lawyer or firm under the relevant engagement. TechAbout Private Limited and TechAbout LLC develop the product; their involvement or location does not grant a practitioner additional legal rights or establish a law office in another country.

No promised outcome or blanket verification

We do not guarantee the outcome of a matter, the lowest fee, immediate availability or a response before an unaccepted deadline. Admission review is limited to the jurisdiction and evidence recorded on the date shown. A professional biography, identity approval, degree, account plan or country listing is not a universal practising credential.

Automated or AI-assisted material

If an automated drafting feature is enabled, its output can be incomplete or incorrect. It must not be treated as professional legal advice or a verified statement about law or facts. Do not submit confidential client information to an external AI service without the necessary authority and an appropriate understanding of how it will be processed. A qualified professional remains responsible for advice they choose to give.

Urgent or sensitive matters

The website and general contact form are not emergency services and do not accept responsibility for monitoring a legal deadline merely because a message was sent. For an urgent deadline, contact an appropriate practising lawyer directly. Use the agreed secure process for confidential documents and evidence.
