Complaints and Concerns

Report platform issues, misleading profiles or professional-service concerns through the appropriate route.

Choose the correct route

  • Account, technical or platform issue: contact LegalBench support.
  • Professional service or fee concern: raise the matter with the lawyer or law firm and ask for its complaints process.
  • Admission or professional conduct concern: the relevant admitting regulator may need to be involved.
  • Immediate danger or urgent legal deadline: use the appropriate local emergency or professional service directly.

What to send to LegalBench

Use the contact form with “Complaint” or email [email protected]. Identify the profile, legal matter or payment reference; explain the issue factually; and describe the resolution you are seeking. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or a full confidential case file through a general enquiry. We can agree a more suitable process if further records are needed.

What a platform review can do

A platform review can consider access, inaccurate listings, technical behaviour, communication records and the operation of platform features. It is not a court decision, a professional disciplinary finding or a guarantee that a fee dispute will be resolved in a particular way. Account restrictions may be considered where information is misleading or access presents a risk.

Keep your other rights and deadlines in view

A support message does not pause a court, regulator, payment-provider or contractual deadline. Ask the appropriate professional or authority about the process that applies to your situation. The relevant engagement terms and any mandatory rights remain important.
